On Sunday, 22 February 2026, we invite you to a special brunch experience at the Salon Marie restaurant from 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

The generous buffet will feature the popular breakfast specialities of the Grand Hôtel Wiesler, fresh creations from our front cooking station and  – naturally also available in gluten-free versions. Those with a sweet tooth can look forward to a selection of homemade desserts. Our colourful drinks buffet* includes red, white and sparkling wines as well as fruit juices and water. And you’ll be well catered for musically too – the jazz band ‘Aunt Marie’ will accompany you through your brunch experience with their lively tunes!
